We are proud to to create the freshest and most flavorful bakery items you’ve ever tasted. We mill our whole wheat on-site, every day using our own 750 pound stone mill that is located in the back of our charming, yet full production bakery. In other words, we really do bake everything from scratch. 

Because our flour is freshly milled, our whole grain products taste PHENOMENAL. Our vision statement simply is: Eat well – Live well. We live up to this by offering you and your family products that are pure and simple – we never have anything with corn syrup in it – only local Colorado honey or molasses. We don’t have any additives, preservatives, or any ingredients you cannot pronounce.

We are the corner bakery that reminds you of the bread your grandmother used to make. 

   
Community Focused

We believe in the family farmer and buy our wheat from third generation farmers located on the eastern side of the Rocky Mountains. We believe in the vitality and beauty of Longmont Colorado and we are committed to continuous giving to the community through organizations such as the Longmont Humane Society, the OUR Center, Women’s Safe Shelter, Longmont Museum, and Longmont Public Library.
